Dog Food
In this modern world, there is no scarcity for brands that offer dog foods. However, identifying the best brand and the best type of dog food is an uphill task as we will not be able to know what our pet dog thinks about the food he gets. In fact we cannot even say whether the dog likes the food. Now this statement may seem funny to you but that is the fact. “We humans know what other humans like when it comes to food and nutrition. However, when it comes to pets like dogs, we can’t be sure that the nutritional food that you provide is really liked by them. On the other hand you cannot say that the food that your dog likes is really nutritious. Natural Dog Biscuits Treat Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of oatmeal
¼ of a cup of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup of water
Preheat the oven at 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except the water. To flavor the biscuits, add a flavoring ingredient to the water. I often use chicken stock or beef stock, my dog loves it. The batter is pretty heavy, it's normal! Roll the batter about ¾ of an inch thick on a flat surface, using a bit of flour under so it does not stick. Cut the batter using dog biscuit cookie cutters or a knife. Place the cookies on a baking sheet. Cook for 20 minutes, then turn the cookies over and cook for another 20 minutes. Then, turn the oven off and let the cookies dry out for an hour or two.
